The T-Lab range offers two 10 ml tubes for two methods of preparing platelet concentrates from the patient's blood.
The T-1003 tube contains an anticoagulant, sodium citrate. The blood remains liquid during centrifugation, which allows a plasma fraction to be collected: platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
The PRX T2001 tube contains neither anticoagulant nor additive. It is intended for the preparation of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), in injectable form (i-PRF) or as a membrane or gel (A-PRF), depending on the centrifugation protocol.
Both tubes have the same capacity. The choice depends on the preparation required: a liquid plasma fraction or a fibrin clot.
10 ml vacuum tube containing 1 ml of anticoagulant, sodium citrate. It contains neither separator gel nor Ficoll. The tubes are non-haemolytic and pyrogen-free.
Standard dimensions: length 105 mm, diameter 15 mm, cap 18 mm. The tubes are compatible with standard centrifuges fitted with 20 ml buckets, including the Hettich EBA 200 centrifuge distributed by Medfirst.
The tubes are gamma sterilised and intended for single use. They are CE-marked as class IIb medical devices.
These two tubes are also supplied in the complete T-Lab PRP kit, together with the collection and injection material.

10 ml tube without anticoagulant or additive, intended for the preparation of platelet-rich fibrin. The resulting preparation is fully autologous.
The inner surface of the tube is micro-polished. It is designed to limit platelet aggregation and to achieve a homogeneous separation of the blood components.
The tube fits most medical centrifuges whose rotor accepts tubes of up to 15 ml, including the Hettich EBA 200 centrifuge. It is used in dental surgery, implantology, dermatology, aesthetic medicine and orthopaedics.

The T-1003 tubes are gamma sterilised. The PRX T2001 tubes are sterile and individually packed. All are single use.

The T-1003 contains 1 ml of sodium citrate: the blood stays liquid and PRP can be obtained. The PRX T2001 contains no anticoagulant or additive: it is intended for the preparation of platelet-rich fibrin (i-PRF or A-PRF).
Each T-1003 tube contains 1 ml of sodium citrate. It contains neither separator gel nor Ficoll.
With the PRX T2001 tube, i-PRF is obtained in 3 minutes at 200 g and remains fluid for about 30 minutes. A-PRF is obtained in 8 minutes between 700 and 1,500 g.
T-1003 tubes are supplied in sets of 2. PRX tubes are available per unit (T2001) or in boxes of 24 (T2001/24), each tube individually packed.
