The complete T-Lab PRP kit brings together in a single box all the material needed to prepare platelet-rich plasma (PRP), from blood collection to injection into the patient.
The anticoagulant is already dosed in the tubes: no additional product needs to be prepared or sourced separately. The kit contains neither separator gel nor Ficoll.
The kit is a CE-marked class IIb medical device. It is also registered with the Australian health authority (TGA, ARTG register).

Both tubes are sterile and supplied under vacuum. Each contains 1 ml of anticoagulant, without Ficoll or gel. They are gamma sterilised, non-haemolytic and pyrogen-free.
It is recommended to collect 2 ml of PRP from each tube, giving a total of 4 ml of PRP per kit.

Sterile 5 ml tube, gamma sterilised, non-haemolytic and pyrogen-free. After centrifugation, the 4 ml of PRP collected from the two tubes is transferred into it.
It is recommended to gently shake the tube for 30 seconds to 1 minute, to resuspend the platelets in the plasma and prevent them from clumping.
